About Jennifer Sibley, J.D., CFP®

Jennifer received her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning at Texas Tech University, and a B.A. cum laude from the University of Mississippi. Jennifer is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. She is also a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy. She was selected by Thomson Reuters as a Texas Rising Star Super Lawyer (2017-2022) and named a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters (2023-2024).  Jennifer focuses her practice on both the tax and non-tax aspects of estate planning, and assists clients with the drafting and implementation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.  Her practice also includes probate, estate and trust administration, drafting and reviewing marital property agreements, formation of business entities, and charitable planning. Prior to law school, Jennifer taught Latin to 5th-9th graders, and has found her teaching experience valuable in her legal practice. She practiced Trusts and Estates at two established Texas law firms before starting her own firm. Jennifer lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband and two children. In her time away from work, she is spending time with her family, and involved with her church and children’s school. She is a proud native Texan but always dreaming of hiking somewhere in the mountains (fun fact: all of the images on this website were taken on a favorite hike).
